Community of Learners
We have been extremely fortunate to obtain funding for a Community of Learners course for 2009.
There are still a couple of places left on this course.
Do not be put off by the notion of learning with its implied threat of intensity and intellectual superiority.� It matters not where you are coming from, if you feel you know a little or a lot � or once did � it is for�all of us, whatever adjective describes our Judaism. ��Not only will you enhance your Jewish knowledge and identity but your participation will contribute to our communal identity.
So do join us on this journey�across the panorama Jewish history, texts,�observance, literature, culture�.... � what we have and what we are.�
Term One will run over four Sundays starting 1st February 2009; term two is likely to spread over five Sundays (a little less intensely!) from 19th April and term three is planned for the autumn. �Each term stands alone but once your appetite is whetted you�might just find want to complete all three!
